At Label Allika, every piece we offer has been thoughtfully chosen for its fabric quality, craftsmanship, and authenticity. We want you to love what you receive. If something is not right, we are here to make it right.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. Because we work with handloom and hand-crafted textiles, certain natural variations in weave, texture, and colour are inherent to the craft and are not considered defects.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we sincerely apologise and will do everything we can to resolve it promptly.

  • Please write to us within 48 hours of delivery at support@labelallika.com or whatsapp us with your order number and clear photographs of the damage or defect.
  • We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund as appropriate.
  • Damage caused during transit will be handled on a case-by-case basis in coordination with our courier partner.

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

  • The item received is defective or damaged and a replacement is not available.
  • The order was cancelled by Label Allika due to non-availability.
  • An approved return has been received and verified by our team.

Refund timelines:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item or confirming eligibility.
  • The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • Bank processing times may vary; please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly dispatched item.

6. Store Credits

In select cases, we may offer store credit in lieu of a refund. Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used toward any purchase on our website.
