We are a small, independent label at an early and intentional stage of our journey. Our collections are chosen for fabric integrity, workmanship, and timeless appeal.
2. Use of Our Website
- You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase on our platform.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
- You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms.
- All content on this website — including photographs, descriptions, and brand materials — is the intellectual property of Label Allika and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
3. Products & Availability
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. As a curated label working with artisan and handloom communities, many of our pieces are produced in limited quantities.
- Product colours may vary slightly from screen to screen due to display settings and the natural variation in handloom and hand-dyed textiles. We consider this a mark of authenticity, not a defect.
- Each product description is written with care and accuracy. Minor variations in texture, weave, or natural fibres are inherent to hand-crafted textiles and are not grounds for return.
- Label Allika reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
4. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other payment methods as available on our platform.
- Payment must be completed at the time of order placement. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
- Label Allika reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Prices at the time of purchase are final.
As a small, handcrafted label, our pricing reflects the true value of the craft, the maker’s time, and the integrity of the textile. We are committed to fair and transparent pricing.
5. Order Processing
- Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
- For pre-order or made-to-order items, processing times will be stated clearly on the product page.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product is unavailable or if there is an error in pricing. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India. International shipping availability will be notified separately.
- Estimated delivery times are 5–10 business days from dispatch, depending on your location with in india
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays due to courier partners, weather, or public holidays are outside our control.
- A tracking number will be shared once your order is dispatched.
- Label Allika is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the courier once the package has been handed over out of India.
- For international shipments, custom duty/taxes charged by the destination country must be paid by the client.
7. Limitation of Liability
Label Allika shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in any matter related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that specific order.

All brand assets, product photography, copy, and design elements associated with Label Allika are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
